Booking appointments
To book a consultation:
- First, you will need a referral from a GP or medical specialist.
- Once you have a referral, book an appointment online or contact us on (02) 9023 9970.
- Our friendly administration staff will be able to advise of consultation location and availability.
What to bring to your appointment
Please bring with you:
- Referral letter
- Medicare card
- Insurance information
- Previous imaging (e.g. x-rays, CTs, MRIs)
- Copies of medical notes and operation records if you have had prior treatment elsewhere
- A list of all medications that you are currently taking
